A few things i think would help, the menus, the menus are a mess, to me they just dont feel polished and stable. The sound is also not done 100% perfect either. You also run the risk of getting caught or crashing at the wrong time and getting a message that says what i think it says and that you have been caught by a cop car. Ive been playing this game on release day on release day and we got a few, but not that many which is not really disappointing. there is a decent amount of content in this game.
